Liverpool vs Manchester United preview: kick-off, team news, TV channel
After their nervy victory on Thursday evening, Liverpool will need to produce a better performance this weekend, as the Reds travel to Old Trafford, to renew their rivalry with Manchester United.
Liverpool faces one of their toughest remaining fixtures this weekend, as they travel to Old Trafford to face Manchester United in the Premier League. The Reds know that a victory on Sunday will be a massive statement of intent in the title race, as well as revenging their recent defeat in the FA Cup, which ended the Reds dreams of wining the Quadruple in Jurgen Klopp's final season at Anfield.

Team News
Liverpool:
Liverpool's injury problems are finally improving, with Curtis Jones, Ibrahima Konate, Andy Robertson, and Ryan Gravenberch all back from injury. Jurgen Klopp is still without several first-team players, but he will have many more options for this match, than he did when the teams met several weeks ago. Defensive midfielder Wataru Endo missed the game against Sheffield United on Thursday with a knock, but Klopp is hopeful to have the Japanese International back at his disposal come Sunday.
Manchester United:
In contrast, United Manager Erik Ten Hag is facing his own injury crisis, with nine first-team players possibly missing, including experienced defenders Jonny Evans, Raphael Varane, and Luke Shaw. United suffered a shock defeat against Chelsea on Thursday, with Tenn Hag's team concerning two goals in the 99th and 101st minute of the match, so he will be looking for a response from his players, whoever he picks.
Predicted Liverpool Lineup
Jurgen Klopp will stick with his preferred 4-3-3 formation.
Kelleher, Bradley, Van Dijk (C), Konate, Robertson, Endo, Mac Allister, Szoboszlai, Diaz, Nunez, Salah,
Assuming Endo is fit to start, the team picks itself. Liverpool needs the three points, so Klopp will play his strongest possible Starting XI. That means Endo and Robertson coming back into the side, for Gravenberch and Gomez. If Endo isn't fit to start, then I would play Curtis Jones in the holding midfielder role, with Gravenberch or young Bobby Clark coming on in the second half if Jones is tiring. Mo Salah was not happy about being substituted on Thursday, so I expect to see him fired up for this one.
LFC - Back On Our Perch Score Prediction
There are no easy games at this point in the season, and United away is about as tough as it gets for the Reds. That said, United are just so inconsistent, and I think we will score at least two goals - we just need to be better defensively, and another three points should be coming to Anfield.
Liverpool to win 2 - 1
