How can I watch Brentford vs Liverpool on TV?

Liverpool travel to Brentford's Community Stadium on Saturday, to face the Bees, in the 12.30 kick-off.  LFC - Back On Our Perch has all the information you need to watch and enjoy the game.

Liverpool returned to winning ways against Burnley last weekend, despite a poor performance in the first half.  The Reds will need to perform much better away at Brentford if they want to come away with the victory, and another three points.

LFC - Back On Our Perch has all the pre-game information you need to enjoy Saturday's game!

What time is kick-off?

The match kicks off at 12.30pm (UK time), on Saturday 17th February 2024.

Where is the game being played?

The game is being played at The Gtech Community Stadium, home of Brentford FC.  The Community Stadium was only opened in September 2020 and has a capacity of 17,250.

Which competition are we playing in?

The match is taking place in the Premier League. Liverpool have played 24 games so far this season, whilst Brentford have played 23.  Brentford's game in hand is against Manchester City, so the Reds will be hoping the Bees can do them a favour later in the season.

Are tickets still available?

The game is a sell-out.  Some hospitality packages may still be available.  Please check with the official Brentford FC website for more details.

Is the game on TV?

As the early kick-off, the match will be shown live on UK TV.  It will be broadcast on TNT Sports (formerly BT Sports).  Highlights will also be available later in the day on BBC1's Match of the Day, and the official Liverpool FC YouTube channel.

What happened the last time the teams met?

Liverpool welcomed Brentford to Anfield earlier in the season (12th November), as the Reds recorded a surprisingly easy 3 - 0 victory.  Goals from Jota and Salah (2) saw Liverpool claim victory, as Brentford struggled with injuries and suspensions.

Last time out

Liverpool recorded a 3 - 1 victory over Burnley at Anfield last weekend. Brentford meanwhile, defeated Wolves, to stop their slide towards the relegation zone.

Score Prediction

Liverpool are yet to beat Brentford at their new stadium, with a draw in 2021 and a loss in 2022.  Despite their recent poor record, Liverpool know they need a win, and I'm backing Jurgen Klopp to find a way to get his team over the line.  I think Brentford will score, but I think Liverpool will score more, winning the game 2 - 1.
