What happened the last time the teams met?

The teams last met at the Vitality Stadium in November 2023, when Liverpool won 2 - 1 in the Third Round of the Carabao Cup.  The last league meeting between the two teams was in August 2023, at the start of the season, when Liverpool came from behind to win 3 - 1 at Anfield.

Last time out

Liverpool had to come from behind to defeat Fulham at Anfield, 2 - 1, on the 10th January, whilst Bournemouth have not played since the 6th January, when they defeated QPR 3 - 2, in the FA Cup.
