Liverpool striker Mohamad Salah kept up his incredible record of scoring in every opening game of the season for Liverpool, as he netted a second half equaliser against Fulham.

The Egyptian striker continues to re-write the record books with almost every appearance, with his latest achievement helping the Reds to avoid defeat against newly promoted Fulham.

Opening day goals....

Since joining the Reds from Roma in 2017, Salah has scored in every opening day fixture the Reds have played whilst he has been at the club.  The full list of fixtures are below :

2017-18 :  Vs. Watford.  Salah scored his first competitive Liverpool goal in the 57th minute.

2018-19 :  Vs. West Ham United.  Salah scored in the 19th minute.

2019-20 :  Vs. Norwich City.  Salah scored in the 19th minute.

2020-21 :  Vs. Leeds United.  Salah scored a hat-trick with goals on 4, 33 and 88 minutes.

2021-22 :  Vs. Norwich City.  Salah scored in the 74th minute.

2022-23 :   Vs. Fulham.  Salah scored in the 80th minute.

Having recently signed a new 3-year deal to stay with Liverpool, Salah will have the chance to extend his opening day record over the next 2 seasons.
