Confirmed Liverpool lineup for Charity Shield, as Liverpool look to win first piece of Silverware this season

Liverpool get the new season underway in less than an hour, as they face close rivals Manchester City in the FA Charity Shield.  The traditional curtain raiser sees the winners of the FA Cup (Liverpool) taking on the reigning Premier League Champions (Man City).  Unusually, the game is being played at Leicester's King Power Stadium, as Wembley will play host to the final of the Women's European Championship on Sunday.

Today's match kicks off at 5pm and full team news has now dropped :
