Spurs missing 4 players for Anfield trip

Liverpool welcome Tottenham to Anfield on Saturday evening looking to apply even more pressure to Manchester City, as the race for the Premier League Title goes down to the wire.

Following Man City’s dramatic Champions League lose to Real Madrid in mid-week, Liverpool will hope to pick up another 3 points to move them back to the top of the table, atleast until City play Newcastle on Sunday.  And with the Premier League now the only trophy City can win this season, the pressure on Pep Guardiola and his team is only going to get bigger every time Liverpool win.

With this in mind, Liverpool will be looking for any advantage over Tottenham, and it’s now been confirmed that atleast 4 first team players will be missing from the Spurs squad.

The 4 Spurs players missing for trip to Anfield are :

Japhet Tanganga, Matt Doherty, Oliver Skipp and Sergio Reguilon.

Everyone at ‘LFC – Back On Our Perch’ are confident that Jurgen Klopp’s men will have enough to beat Tottenham, especially at Anfield where the crowd is sure to be a major factor.

Check back nearer to Saturday for more confirmed team news after Jurgen Klopp and Antonio Conte have completed their pre-match press conferences.
