2023 : After mounting pressure, the PGMOL is forced to release the full audio commentary, of the VAR Officials incorrectly disallowing Liverpool's goal against Tottenham on 30th September 2023.  The commentary clearly shows the VAR team did not see the decision on the field to deny the goal, and did not realise the error - despite questions from the 4th Official - until the game had restarted and it was too late to do anything.
