2023 : Liverpool Captain Jordan Henderson's future at LFC was the hot topic amongst the papers, after the veteran midfielder was reportedly offered £700,000 a week to join Saudi Arbian side Al-Ettifaq.  Managed by Henderson's former teammate - and Liverpool legend - Steven Gerrard - Al-Ettifaq were one of a number of Saudi Arabian sides looking to sign high profile players, after a massive cash injection into the countries top clubs by the Saudi Government.

2022 : Former Red, Raheem Sterling, completed a move from Manchester City to Chelsea, for a fee in excess of £50million.

2021 : After a disappointing 2020/21 season, that saw serious injuries to a number of key defensive players, Manager Jurgen Klopp was delighted to confirm that defenders Virgil Van Dijk and Joe Gomez were both back in full training with the first team squad as preparations for the 2021/22 season stepped up.

2020 : Liverpool left-back, Andy Robertson, confirms that he would like to spend the rest of his career at Anfield, 

2019 : Liverpool's Scottish left-back, Andy Robertson, returned to pre-season training with his right hand heavily bandaged, after undergoing minor surgery for an skin infection.

2018 : Liverpool signed Swiss international Xherdan Shaqiri, from Stoke City, for a fee of £13million.  The midfielder signed a 5-year deal with the Reds.
