Who needs what...?

Champions league

Manchester United - United need to avoid defeat against Bayern Munich and hope that other results go their way to qualify from Group.  They currently sit bottom of the group and would finish 4th if they lose, meaning they would not even drop down into the Europa League.

Arsenal - Arsenal have already secured top spot in Group B, so there is nothing riding on their last game.

Manchester City - City have already secured top spot in Group G, so there is nothing riding on their last game.

Newcastle United - Newcastle sit 3rd in Group F, and need to win against AC Milan, as see other results go their way in order to progress.  If not, they will likely finish 3rd and drop down into the Europa League.

Europa League

Liverpool - Liverpool have already secured top spot in Group E, so there is nothing riding on their last game.

Brighton - Brighton currently sit 2nd in Group B, but have secured qualification.  Their last game will therefore decided whether they win the group, or finish as runner up.

West Ham - West Ham sit top of Group A, and have secured qualification.  However, they could still be caught by SC Freiburg, who have the same number of points, so will want a win to secure top spot.

Europa Conference League

Aston Villa - Villa sit top of Group E, and have secured qualification.  However, they can be caught by second placed Legia Warsaw, so will want to win their final game to secure top spot.

Lifelong fan with a passion for all things Liverpool. First memory of football is watching John Barnes score a dramatic last minute equaliser in the FA Cup when he was 4. Feels lucky to be a part of the 'Klopp' era.
