2020 : Mohamed Salah scored a second half penalty as Liverpool secured a 1-1 draw with Fulham at Craven Cottage. After a poor first half display which saw Liverpool fall behind in the 25th minute, the Reds rallied after the break and Salah's 79th minute penalty was enough to secure a hard fought point. The Reds were without a number of first team players including Virgil Van Dijk, Diogo Jota and Kostas Tsimikas.

2017 : Liverpool played out a poor goalless draw with West Bromwich Albion in front a capacity Anfield crowd of 53,243. In a game of few chances, young striker Dominic Solanke thought he had won the game for the Reds with a late strike, only for it to be ruled out for handball.
2016 :
2015 : Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion played out an exciting 2-2 draw in front of 44,147 fans at Anfield. Jordan Henderson gave Liverpool an early lead in the 21st minute, only for West Brom to hit back with with goals either side of half time. Indeed, the Reds looked destined for defeat until striker Divock Origi popped up with a 96th minute equaliser.

2010 :
2009 : Arsenal were the visitors to Anfield on the 13th December 2009. Despite taking the lead through Dirk Kuyt, it was Arsenal who emerged victorious, thanks to an own goal from Glen Johnson and a thunderous second hand strike from Andrey Arshavin. The result left Liverpool languishing in 7th, 13 points behind league leaders Chelsea after only 16 games of the season.
2008 : Liverpool were left frustrated by a spirited Hull City, who earned a 2-2 draw at Anfield in front of 43,835 fans. Hull took a shock lead in the 12th minute, before a Jamie Carragher own goal put Hull 2-0 up. Two goals from Steven Gerrard before half time pulled the Reds level, but despite their best efforts, Liverpool could not find a winner in the second half. The result was Liverpool's third consecutive home league draw, and ended any real chance Liverpool had of winning the title.

2003 : Southampton produced an excellent display to leave Anfield with a 2-1 victory in 2003. Jake Ormerod gave Southampton a shock lead after only 2 minutes, to silence the 42,000 fans inside Anfield, before Michael Svennson extended the lead in the 64th minute. A late Emile Heskey goal was to prove the only consolation for the Reds, but it was not enough to rescue the game.

1999 :
1998 : Liverpool visited Selhurst Park on the 13th December 2003, losing to Wimbledon 1-0, thanks to a Robbie Earle goal just after half time. To add insult to injury, Micheal Owen then missed a penalty in the 78th minute. The result left Liverpool languishing in the lower half of the table in 12th position.
