Liverpool are back in European action in a few hours, with Jurgen Klopp likely to call on several Academy players once again. LFC - Back On Our Perch predicts who will be in the Starting XI for today's game.
Goalkeeper
With Alisson still sidelined Caoimhin Kelleher will once again start in goal.
Defenders
Klopp may be tempted to rest Virgil van Dijk ahead of Sunday, but he will also want plenty of experience at the back. I'm therefore predicting that Van Dijk will start the match alongside Quansah, with Konate replacing Van Dijk at some point in the second half. Bradley should start at right-back, with Tsimikas at left-back, keeping Andy Robertson fresh for Sunday.
Midfielders
Wataru Endo returned to action last weekend, but Klopp should save him for Sunday, meaning Joe Gomez will once again start in the no.6 role. Alexis Mac Allister will provide creativity and guile, whilst young Bobby Clark should provide plenty of energy. Expect to see Kaide Gordon and James McConnell come on at some point. 20-year-old Polish winger Musialowski may also feature if Liverpool are in control of the game.
Attackers
Klopp will be boosted by the return of Mo Salah to full fitness, but it is unlikely he will risk him in tonight's game. Harvey Elliott and Cody Gakpo will therefore continue up front, with youngster Lewis Kouma given more game time after his impressive performance against Southampton.
