Conor Bradley is having a very good 24 hours!!
Fresh from making his first appearance of the 2023/24 season, the young full back has signed a new, long-term contract with Liverpool, keeping him at the club for atleast the next 3 years.
A 'delighted' Bradley was pictured signing his new deal at the AXA Training facility earlier today, less that 24 hours after making his return from injury, in Liverpool's comfortable 4 - 0 victory over LASK in the Europa League.
Bradley joined the Reds in 2019, from home town club - Dungannon Swifts - in Northern Ireland. A versatile full-back, the youngster already has an impressive 12 International Caps to his name, more than the 6 competitive matches he has played for Liverpool.
Massive Potential
Bradley made his senior Liverpool debut in September 2021, but it was during the 2022/23 season, which he spent at Bolton Wanderers on loan, that Bradley really showcased his potential.
The youngster quickly established himself as one of the first names on the teamsheet, making an impressive 53 appearances, contributing seven goals and twelve assists. He also helped Bolton reach the Final of the EFL Trophy. Despite his tender years, Bradley put in another excellent performance, as Bolton thrashed Plymouth Argyle 4 - 0 to claim the title.
Bradley returned to Liverpool in the summer, and was expected to feautre heavily in pre-season, only for an injury to wreck his chances. Indeed, it has taken until November for Bradley to regain his fitness and return to the first team fold, with his appearance last night a reward for his hard work and dedication.
As Liverpool reach a critical stage in the season, with games coming thick and fast, Klopp will be hoping Bradley can continue to develop his potential, and provide another option at full-back for the Reds.
